Simple to Use

Place the holder on a clean, smooth and flat surface and secure the locking base.

Cut the fresh meat into a suitable size and place it inside the holder.

Lift the slicer and remove the evenly cut pieces.

Important Safety Information
The blades are extremely sharp. Never touch the cutting edges directly. Keep hands and fingers away from the blade path while slicing and use the holder as intended.
